Envision Rockland is an update to Rockland County’s 2011 Comprehensive Plan, designed to guide the County’s growth and development for the next generation. This process will establish a shared vision that reflects the values and priorities of residents while addressing key issues like housing, sustainability, economic development, transportation, and community facilities. By balancing the County’s rich history with innovative strategies to manage change, Envision Rockland will provide a roadmap for sustainable development, protection of natural resources, and strong quality of life.
The County will be conducting a series of 5 workshops to gather public input.
