The Rockland County Department of Health announces the availability of free Mosquito Control Products for the 2025 season to help County residents reduce the number of mosquitoes on their property.
Mosquito Dunks® will be available beginning April 1st at the Robert L. Yeager Health Center from Monday to Friday, between the hours 9 AM to 4 PM, while supplies last.

The Department of Health will be offering FREE mosquito-eating Fathead minnows (live fish) to Rockland County residents who have ponds or lakes on their properties, to help control the local mosquito population. The minnows will be available during a one day only giveaway, scheduled for May 21, 2025 from 4:30pm – 6pm.
